Tinne is an Economist by education with a broad interest in data analyses, value communication, and project management. As COO/CFO, she is overlooking day-to-day administrative and operational functions and managing financial actions within ISMS  . Besides, Tinne has a hands-on experience in HEOR & Market Access projects bringing them to a next level while safeguarding quality, budget, and timelines.

Geert Vander Stichele

CSO

His passion for healthcare and modeling sent him to KU Leuven where he combined a Pharmaceutical Science degree with a Master in Econometrics. The drive for creativity and independence resulted in the creation of his own company (ISMS) where he put together a team that developed communication campaigns for doctors and patients for pharmaceutical companies, in addition to building economic models

David holds a Ph.D. in Food Microbiology with a strong foundation in leveraging machine learning for medical applications. His expertise lies at the intersection of cutting-edge AI-technology, bioinformatics and healthcare innovation, ensuring impactful client solutions in digital health. David is passionate about bridging microbiology and epidemiology with computational biology and advancing data and AI-driven methodologies to address complex challenges in healthcare and biotech.

Simon Wilms

HEOR & Market Access Analyst

Simon holds a Master’s degree in Drug Development and brings cross-functional expertise spanning health economic modelling, value communication and market access strategy. At ISMS, he contributes to the development of materials and services across the HEOR spectrum. This ranges from HTA submissions and cost-effectiveness models to evidence synthesis and value-based pricing analyses. He is driven by turning data into strategic insights to support reimbursement decisions and improve patient access to innovative therapies.

Michelle Luypaert

Science & Value Communication Consultant

As Master in Clinical Biomedical Sciences with a focus on the detail-oriented, problem solving and creative side, Michelle has a broad background and expertise. She doesn’t only contribute to conceptual and scientific aspects of the models and tools we develop at ISMS, but also to clear, targeted communication and design. Creating the best product to improve health and quality of life of patients as a team gives her great fulfillment.
